At Ozarke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
